"Consultation Communications" consist of the textof communications between Client-Users and Expert-Users conducted through the Consultation portions of the Website.Consultation Communication does not include meta-data (such as category identifiers) that are associated with the communications, but this information may be considered Personal information when it is linked to information that may be used to uniquely identify that user.
"Non-Personal Information" is any information that is not Personal Information or Confidential Communications and is not linked to Personal Information in such a way as to enable uniquely identifying an individual. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
